Home plans License Agreement
The License Agreement allows for the legal use of house plan blueprints, reproducibles, and electronic (cad) files in the construction of one (1) unit. Licenses issued by Design Evolutions are non-exclusive and may not be transferred, sold, or given to other party.
Return and exchange policy
House plans may not be returned for credit, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

All house plans ordered through Design Evolutions Inc., GA (DEhomeplans.com) are provided as-is and Design Evolutions Inc., GA disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness of purpose. Construction plans may not be returned for credit and/or refund under any circumstances. Design Evolutions Inc., GA is not liable for incidental, special, consequential, or indirect damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits, business opportunity, or other economic loss arising out of the use of services or any construction plans received from Design Evolutions Inc., GA even if Design Evolutions Inc., GA has been advised of the possibility of such damage. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy, compliance with applicable statute or regulation, and fitness of purpose of any plans or construction information received from Design Evolutions Inc., GA prior to use thereof. In the event any liability is imposed on Design Evolutions Inc., GA, Design Evolutions Inc., GA's liability to you or any third party shall not exceed the price paid for Design Evolutions Inc., GA's product.
