Plan Modifications
See a house plan that fit most of your needs but need a few changes? Consider your options to make modifications. We can provide you with a firm bid on making plan changes. Below is an explanation of the process.
MODIFICATION BID - $75.00
Contact us via email or fax (678-638-1073) with your modification request list. Include your name, address, phone number, and email address along with your modifications list for the plan you are interested in. You may also email or fax a copy of the home plans with your mark ups and written changes. Providing plan mark ups is encouraged!
NOTE: You will be contacted by email (by phone if you prefer) to process modification request payment prior to performing your bid request.
You will receive a written bid from DEhomeplans (Design Evolutions) for the modifications you specified in writing within 1-2 business days. The bid is valid for 30 days. Upon acceptance of the bid, you must then purchase the house plans construction package and pay 50% of the modification fee to begin your project. The $75.00 fee will be credited towards your balance.
Once the initial home plan modifications are made based on your request, you will receive a preliminary of the changes to approve before we finalize the plans. Any additional changes not included in the original bid will result in additional fees and time. This will be addressed in the quote you will receive. Upon approval, the construction documents (commonly referred to as blueprints) will be adjusted to the modifications. Once final payment is made your modified house plans will be shipped to you.
